We provide INDIVIDUALIZED coaching programs designed to meet each female athlete’s UNIQUE needs.

 

+ Strength & Conditioning Program

For a female athlete looking to improve her strength, power, and performance in their sport, while reducing her chance of injury, our foundational program is designed for her!

Every Relentless female athlete is coached within our 6:1 semi-private training model along an individualized program designed specificallly to meet her unique strengths, weaknesses, and goals.

Every athlete (and her parent) interested in joining our program is required to schedule a movement assessment to allow us to understand your strengths, weaknesses, movement quality, injury history & training load.

+ Speed & Agility Program

For the female athlete with a pre-requisite level of strength, body awareness, and cognitive abilities, our supplementary speed & agility program was designed for her!

Through the Relentless Speed & Agility program, we provide our athletes with the tools to learn how to apply their strength into speed & agility on the field or court.

This program is provided at specific class times & is held on a seasonal basis.

The Relentless nutrition curriculum helps educate female athletes on the why behind what to eat, when to eat it, & in what amounts

This one-on-one program is designed to only last 3 months leading up to your athlete's [graduation]

+ Sports Injury Rehab

Our sports injury rehab program is designed to help your athlete get back to the field or court stronger than before her injury!

This type of training is SPECIFIC to the athlete and applies scientific principles of rehabilitation to help your athlete recover from injuries ranging from tendonitis to ACL reconstructive surgery!

First of all I have to tell you that Addie literally skips into the gym and skips out. Her favorite days are her gym days. I know physically she is getting stronger, I can see it, but you guys are doing something so wonderful for her emotionally to you and it is beautiful!! We have noticed a boost in her confidence on the field. We can see her growing physically stronger especially defensively when she is using her body to shield the ball. She made the basketball team after some tough tryouts with a lot of new talent so we are excited what this season will bring her!
