Job Title: Strength & Conditioning Coach

Location: 3050 Campus Drive, Hatfield, PA 19440

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $50K/year + Full Health Benefits, PTO, Paid Education Stipend, Career Advancement Opportunities, and Relocation Assistance

About Us

At Relentless, we specialize in sports performance training for female athletes and are proud to be an all-female staff. Our mission is to provide an empowering, positive, and strong environment where athletes can thrive and coaches can develop professionally.

We operate a small group personalized training model (6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio), ensuring each athlete receives individualized attention and tailored programming. Our comprehensive program includes:

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Team training

  • Sports nutrition coaching

  • Speed & agility development

  • Sports conditioning

We work closely with athletes from junior high school to collegiate levels, helping them build strength, resilience, and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Design individualized programs for ~65 athletes.

  • Conduct movement assessments, nutrition meetings, speed & agility coaching, and sports conditioning.

  • Provide team training sessions.

  • Coach within a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports science or a related field.

  • CSCS and/or USAW certification (or willingness to obtain within the first year; stipend provided).

  • Great attention to detail and an eye for movement mechanics.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with athletes.

  • Passionate about strength training, speed development, and nutrition education for female athletes.

Hours:

School Year:

  • Monday-Thursday: 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM

  • Friday: 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Summer: (10 weeks)

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM | 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
