What makes our program different
In the world of athletics, men are always the dominant sex in the weight room, often starting at a young age.
Most females never enter a weight room until their freshman year of college…
Yet they are exposed to the SAME demands as male athletes on the sports field….
At Relentless, we wanted to change this.
We KNOW female athletes are just as athletically capable as their male counterparts and deserve to be trained similarly.
For this reason, the Relentless Program provides individualized coaching programs to our female athletes within a small private 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio.
We maintain a female-only training environment as this allows us to create a community of STRONG, like-minded female athletes who, although competitive, are equally supportive of one another.

Emily Neff (Pappas), PhD(c)
Emily is the Owner and Program Director at Relentless.
In 2015, Emily opened Relentless Athletics to build a community for female athletes while educating their parents and coaches on the necessity of strength training and sports nutrition to optimize sports performance and reduce injury risks in the female athlete population.
Emily is a Ph.D. candidate at Concordia University St. Paul with a research focus on female athletes & the relationship between strength training, ACL injury rates, and menstrual cycle irregularities (RED-s). She holds an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Temple University and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Drexel University.
Through this education, Emily values her ability to coach athletes and develop strength coaches, using a perspective grounded in biochemistry and human physiology.
In 2020, Emily was an Adjunct at Temple University, instructing a course on the current research behind female athlete development. Additionally, Emily has worked as a consultant in developing health education curriculums at the high school level.
Emily has over a decade of experience coaching female athletes, working with athletes ranging from adolescents to the collegiate and nationally ranked levels.
When she isn’t on the coaching floor or working in her office, she is at home with her husband Jarrod, their daughter Maya, and, of course, their dog Milo (who has become the mascot of Relentless)!!

Brielle Adolph, M.Ed.
Coach Brielle is the Director of Training at Relentless!
She holds her M.Ed. in Sports Administration, her CSCS, and USAW-L1.
I am from Cypress, Texas, and growing up I always had a love for sports and fitness. I was a college-athlete at Southwestern University, where I had the privilege to swim and obtain a Bachelor's in Kinesiology with a minor in Business. I also pursued my first strength and conditioning internship at Southwestern University, where I worked with about 13 varsity sports teams and learned the biomechanical importance of strength training for sports.
After graduation, I completed a summer-long sports performance internship with the Strength and Conditioning staff at Rutgers University. I then went on to pursue a graduate assistantship at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX, where I earned a Masters of Education in Sports Administration. I was in charge of Volleyball and cheerleading and assisted the Head Coach with Football and Men’s basketball.
I landed my first full-time position as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Yale University, where I was in charge of Softball, Gymnastics, Swimming, Diving, and Fencing. My journey in college athletics continued with a short stint as an assistant swim coach at Amherst College, where I had the opportunity to embrace new coaching challenges and refine my coaching skills.
On a more personal note, when I'm not in the gym, you can find me binge watching Law and Order, trying new foods, or sitting at a coffee shop.
I am thrilled to be back in the world of Strength and Conditioning and am even more excited to be at Relentless Athletics. I plan to leverage my passion for strength and conditioning at Relentless Athletics to mentor and support young women so they feel confident and strong!

Kelly Pompey, M.A.
Kelly is the Business Manager at Relentless and the main point of contact with our community!
She is the glue that holds us together!
She holds her Masters of Arts in Applied Physiology and her CSCS.
I am from Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania and grew up loving soccer. I started playing at the age of 5 and was lucky enough to continue on through college at the University of Scranton.I pursued my passion for fitness off the field, as well, by earning my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. After
graduating, I moved to New York to pursue a Masters degree in Applied Physiology at Teachers College Columbia University.I spent the first few years after graduate school working at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and later landed at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia as a Registered Clinical Exercise a Physiologist.
I decided to transition to working full-time in fitness and gained my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certifications.
I started out as a group fitness coach and Sales Manager at F45. I took my career one step further by eventually becoming the General Manager at CycleBar. I learned a lot about leadership, team
management, and supporting a membership community.
On a personal note, when I’m not at Relentless, I’m either working out on my own, spending time with friends, reading, or painting.Fun fact, I just ran my first Marathon this November in Philadelphia!
I’m so excited to be a part of this community and can’t wait to see you all hitting your PRs and growing as athletes! -
Kaylah Robertson
Coach Kaylah is an Assistant Coach at Relentless!
She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, a minor in Nutrition, and her NSCA Certified Personal Trainer Certification. She is currently completing her USAW-L1 and CSCS.
Hometown: Lansdowne, Pennsylvania
Sport: I played basketball from the age of 5 until the end of my high school career. I loved watching Kobe Bryant and Maya Moore, and they motivated me to be a better athlete and person.
School/relevant experience: I attended West Chester University, where I received my B.S. in Exercise Science and a Minor in Nutrition. After graduation, I started my fitness career by receiving my NSCA Certified Personal Trainer certification, where I had the opportunity to train and gain hands-on experience by working at The Edge, D1 Training: Malvern, and Whirlwinds Speed Academy.
After working with D1 Training: Malvern and Whirlwinds Speed Academy I had the opportunity to train and coach young athletes from the ages of 9 until 18 years old of age, which re-ignited my passion for being around athletes/sports and knew then that I wanted to fully commit to Strength & Conditioning.
I recently had the opportunity in 2024 to intern at the University of Delaware, where I assisted in training the Women’s & Men’s Basketball teams, Women’s Lacrosse, Women’s Track & Field Team, Women’s Rowing, and Men’s Baseball. During my time there, I was able to gain hands-on experience with Division 1 athletes and learn how the Strength Coaches program improves their performance and aid in their recovery as well. In my spare time I also Coach for U2 Athletics AAU Girls Basketball team, which I love because it allows me to be around the game of basketball and mentor young ladies to become better basketball players.
Fun fact: Outside of the gym, you can find me enjoying yoga classes, hanging out with my friends, eating tacos and nachos, outdoor running, and traveling to the beach!
Why Relentless: I’m excited to be at Relentless and to be fully in the Strength & Conditioning world and create a space for young female athletes to enjoy sports and encourage them to be the best player they can be for their sports!

Virginia Yurchak
Coach Virginia is an Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Relentless
She holds a B.S. in exercise science and an AAAI-ISMA Personal Trainer Certification.
She is currently completing her USAW and CSCS.
I am from Hazleton, Pennsylvania, and went to Hazleton Area High School. Growing up, I have always had a love for sports, whether I was watching or playing them! My favorite sport growing up was definitely basketball, but I also played many others, such as baseball, track and field, and softball!
I Graduated from Temple University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science. During my Junior and Senior years of college, I did two Strength and conditioning internships. One at Temple University and the other at the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating, I worked as a Thrive coach at City Fitness in Philadelphia for some time. I then moved to personal training for Klasik Fit, which I am currently still doing!! Each experience has really allowed me to challenge myself and expand my knowledge while training with teams, or coaching one on one! I also completed an internship with Relentless in the summer of 2024 and now have the opportunity to work as one of the coaches!
Outside of work or the gym, I usually take a long hike, paint, or try a new type of exercise class with friends! I am also a big foodie and love to try new food all over Philadelphia!
I am excited to continue to challenge myself at Relentless to make sure each female athlete gets the best experience and workout possible every time they come in. As a female strength coach, I want to help create a positive attitude, confidence, power, and, most importantly, strength in each of the incredible females!
